AGNC International Zambia Ltd is a construction company whose owner has successfully accomplished many construction design and build projects in Irak, Afghanistan and Africa for the past 15 years working on US Government Projects including military building, barracks, warehouses, vehicle maintenance, Anti Terrorism Camps, schools, hospitals, gravel and asphalt roads, air strip repairs and elctronic security systems, access control and CCTV installations. In 2013-2014, We built 3 Turkish Embassies in Bamako-Mali, Niamey-Niger and Noucknd ai and clinic buildings. AGNC International Zambia has been recently awarded (15 September 2017) in W912GB-17-D-0025 FY17 Africa South Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Solicitation W912GB-17-R- 0014South MATOC by US Army Corps of Engineers for a contract of 5 years of 20.000.000 USD.

The Company

Lusaka based AGNC International Zambia Ltd, began in Dec 2014 in Zambia although Mr. Gultepe began in 2003 in Iraq and Afghanistan till 2007. In 2007 in Niger at ERKA LLC (US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Subcontractor) as Africa Project Director and successfully completed in many projects in Sub Saharan Africa countries. In 2010 he founded CNAF with a partner and since that time the company has been working as a construction subcontractor of US Army Corp of Engineers for MATOC Projects. In February 2015, Mr. Gultepe handed over his %50 of share to his partners and focused on the projects at AGNC International Zambia Ltd. AGNC has got a branch office in Istanbul-Turkey which focus on purchasing and project design. We set up a second company, AGNC International Ltd. in Africa whose location in Lilongwe – Malawi aimed to design and build USAID Projects as well as other US Government institutions. AGNC International Malawi has all local permits/licences and certificates including NCIC (National Construction Industry Council)
